My inspiration for acquiring and running a business is deeply personal. Most of my family are small business owners, so I grew up seeing both the hard work and the deep sense of pride that comes with building and sustaining a company. Later, I experienced this myself as an owner and operator, and I know the responsibility that comes with supporting employees, serving customers, and carrying forward a legacy.I also spent several years in private equity, where I gained the discipline and rigor to evaluate opportunities and grow investments responsibly. Now, I want to bring those two perspectives together — the heart of a family business owner and the skill set of a professional investor — to steward a business for the long term. My goal is to preserve what has been built, take care of the people who make it successful, and ensure it thrives for the next generation.
